There is chocolate; then there is Lindt chocolate. Discover the  secrets to chocolate perfection...

Caring About Quality

At Lindt & Sprüngli we believe high-quality chocolate can only be made with high-quality ingredients. We apply this philosophy to every ingredient in our recipes; from selecting cocoa beans from only the most renowned cocoa-growing regions, to travelling the world to source the finest ingredients to create our chocolate masterpieces.

Why? Because at Lindt & Sprüngli we care about producing perfection from bean to bar – pouring pride and passion into every step of the process.

Hazelnuts covered with melted milk chocolate

Our Lindt Master Chocolatiers continuously create beautiful flavour combinations; perfectly pairing ingredients to bring out our chocolate’s unique flavour. Every single ingredient is meticulously researched and sourced from the finest producers around the world.

Nuts

Chocolate and nuts are a classic combination. We source our nuts from the world’s most prestigious orchards – including hazelnuts from Piedmont, Italy – before expertly roasting to perfection.

Fruits

Combining fruit with chocolate opens up a whole new world of flavour – from zesty orange to juicy raspberries – producing products that are as innovative as they are delicious.

Spices

Our Lindt Master Chocolatiers experiment with adding subtle hints of the finest spices – including Pink Peppercorns, Chili and Fleur de Sel – to elevate your tasting experience.

How We Roast Our Nuts

At Lindt & Sprüngli we roast our nuts in house – unlike other chocolate brands who outsource this step. Our expert Lindt Master Chocolatiers have refined this process over the years, combining their senses and unrivalled skill, to determine when the nuts have been roasted to perfection – before combining with our luxury chocolate to seal in the flavour.
